Our only double sweet with its very own living room and bedroom. Bright and loud with different shades of yellow, Pineapple Express is sure to bring a great time. This space is huge, with almost 500 sq ft, a 10 inch hybrid memory foam queen bed, futon sofa, arm chair 45 inch TV and vanity space for those guests that want to get dolled up for an evening out.

The Canna House is the only Bud and Breakfast in the great state of New Mexico. Our Bud and Breakfast is BYOC. Smoking THC products is allowed in the guests' rooms and our Green Room/movie room.

A stay here also allows for use of our main house private event space, "The Green Room", and our movie room, equipped with 4 high end commercial theater seats and a big selection of movies to enjoy with other guests. The Canna House by High Society Rentals also has board games for use by our guests as well as bongs, pipes, and other smoking devices either for use, rent, or purchase during your stay.

Breakfast will be cooked to served between 9am and 11am. The menu for breakfast is set daily. Fresh fruit and cereal will be available during this time.

Although we don't live on the property, we are at the property daily from 8am until 6pm most days and can be reached via the Airbnb app or via cell phone in the event of after hours needs.

THE CANNA HOUSE by High Society Rentals

The first and only Bud and Breakfast in the great state of New Mexico. Located in the downtown district of Clovis, NM, The Canna House is a hop, skip and a jump from the Texas border and only a few hours from Lubbock and Amarillo.

This 1930's home was a family home for many years and then housed a title company in the 1990s and 2000s only to once again become a family home until High Society Rentals acquired the property in November of 2023.

Uniquely designed and decorated by Matt and Mel Soto, The Canna House boasts over 5000 square feet of space and offers 4 rooms downstairs and 1 room upstairs with a separate entrance. Rooms feature names like Indica Sweet, Blue Dream, Pineapple Express, Panama Red, and Purple Kush. The play on cannabis strains and room color and decor brings a special touch to The Canna House.
